I like the idea that I can move things around when necessary. On top of that, it looks nice compared to the old slide style 70's model brake controllers. No complaints here. Great job on this one."

"I didn't like the look of the regular knee area mounted boxes, not to mention glancing down at it to see how much brake was being applied while driving. I was able to mount the controller in a better location, completely hidden under my center console. I mounted the display on my steering column which is a lot easier to see and somewhat hidden as to not look tacky and out of place. As far a function goes, it has plenty of adjustment to match whatever you are towing. If you are looking for a better looking install and a product that works like it should, this controller fits the bill."

"Electric brake controllers have come a long way since I started installing them. I remember the old pendulum style units that made you feel like a human bobble head when you were on a bumpy road. This unit hides up under the dash and with the use of the proper adapter installs in about 20 minutes. It works very well and you won't smack your knee on it every time you get in or out of your truck."

"For best performance, trailer brake controllers need to be accessible to the driver, but still out of the way since they are not needed most of the time during normal driving. Cheaper models seem to be hard to get to when needed, but still somehow in the way when not needed. This controller is split into parts with a digital display that has been made small to put in the driver's line of sight, and other parts that can be tucked away out of sight. It's a clever design and nicely made."
